
Shoyu ramen with chicken and mushrooms

Ingredients:
- Water – 400 g
- Ramen Shoyu JS soup base – 70 g
- Wood mushrooms – 5 g
- Edomame beans – 15 g
- Canned corn – 10 g
- JS Udon Noodles – 130 g
- Chicken thigh – 60 g
- Dehydrogenated fried onion – 3 g
- JS seaweed nori – 1 g
- JS Teriyaki Sauce – 15 g
- Chicken egg – 1 pc
- Peking cabbage – 2 leaves
- JS sesame – 2 g
Method of preparation:
- Pre-boil udon noodles according to the recipe indicated on the package. Wash under cold water and grease with oil.
- Put chicken eggs in boiling, salted water and cook for no more than 6 minutes. Then remove and immediately cool under running cold water.
- Boil dried mushrooms for 15 minutes, and rinse under water.
- Thigh fillets salt, add pepper to taste and fry until cooked. Coat the fried thigh well with teriyaki sauce.
- For the broth: Bring the salted water to a boil, then add the Shouy ramen base and mix well.
- Put all the prepared ingredients (noodles, beans, mushrooms, meat, corn, nori and cabbage) in a serving dish. Pour hot broth, lay out a chopped chicken egg and decorate with dried onions and sesame seeds.
