These rolls are based on tender salmon, Philadelphia cream cheese and fresh rice, which gently envelops all the ingredients and creates a perfect harmony of taste. Method of preparation:

  1. From the nori sheet, cut off the upper part along the entire width by 3 cm. Put the seasoned boiled rice on the nori sheet, spreading it tightly over the entire surface and leaving the upper edge of the sheet free of rice for about 2 cm.
  2. Turn the workpiece with the rice down so that the edge of the sheet without the rice is closer to you. Place cream cheese and mango in the center. Shape into a roll. Give the roll the required shape with the help of a mat (makisu).
  3. Lay the salmon cut into thin slices on top of the formed roll. After that, once again lightly press the roll so that the fish lies down well.
  4. Cut the roll into 8 equal parts, cover with unagi sauce.
  5. Serve with ginger, soy sauce and wasabi.
