Fried chicken wings in spicy WOK sauce

Chicken wings, quickly fried to a crispy crust and then finished in a spicy WOK sauce that we prepare together, turn into a real culinary masterpiece. Spicy sauce JS, with its deep and rich aromas, perfectly emphasizes the taste of meat, making the dish unforgettable.

This recipe will not only delight you and your family with great taste, but will also add an atmosphere of celebration and joy to the dinner. It is ideal for friendly gatherings, parties or simply as a way to dilute the everyday menu.


  • Chicken wings – 600 g
  • Salt – 2 g
  • Ground black pepper – 1 g
  • Chicken eggs – 100 g (2 pcs)
  • Starch – 75 g
  • Oil – 1 l
  • WOK JS spicy sauce – 150 g
  • JS sesame seeds – 5 g
  • Green onion – 4 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the chicken wings into two parts and marinate: sprinkle with salt and pepper and add 2 eggs, mix everything thoroughly and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. After that, carefully bread it in starch (potato or corn).
  3. We put the wings in a deep fryer heated to 180 g and fry for 10 minutes until ready. Then put it in a container and pour sauce over it and put it in the oven for 3 minutes at 180 degrees.
  4. Then put it in a dish for serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and onions.
