Ingredients
- Rice – 80 g
- Shrimp tempura – 47 g
- Cream cheese – 20 g
- Cucumber – 23 g
- Pumpkin “Kanpyo” marinated – 17 g
- Radish “Takuan” pickled strips – 16 g
- Mango-Chili sauce – 15 g
- Caviar tobiko orange – 5 g
- Fried sweet potato – 20 g
- Tobiko green (or black) caviar – 2 g
- Nori seaweed
Method of cooking
- Bread the cleaned shrimp in the prepared tempura mixture, panko breadcrumbs and fry in a deep fryer until ready.
- Turn half of the nori sheet horizontally and place the seasoned rice on it so that it protrudes 1.5 cm from the bottom edge of the nori. Sprinkle the rice with caviar.
- Turn the workpiece with the rice down so that the protruding edge with the rice is on top. Spread the prepared vegetables, cream cheese and shrimp with the head across the entire width.
- Form in the form of a roll. Cut into 5 parts, garnish with deep-fried sweet potato chips.
