A bright Asian dish that combines juicy shrimp with a variety of crunchy vegetables and rice. And the spicy marinade gives it a wonderful sharpness and rich taste


  • Japanese Sushi Rice – 100 g
  • King prawns – 60 g
  • Sauce “Mango-Chili” – 40 g
  • Mango pieces JS – 31 g
  • Teriyaki sauce – 30 g
  • Cherry tomatoes – 26 g
  • Radish “Takuan” pickled strips JS – 16 g
  • Edamame soybeans peeled JS – 15 g
  • Avocado pieces – 15 g
  • Shiitake – 15 g
  • Caviar Tobiko orange JS – 2 g

Method of cooking

  1. Place the rice in the center of the plate, pour over the Teriyaki sauce.
  2. Place the prepared vegetables and fruits on the edge.
  3. Add tempura shrimp, garnish and serve with Mango-Chili sauce.
