Poke bowl with shrimp and Asian vegetables
A bright Asian dish that combines juicy shrimp with a variety of crunchy vegetables and rice. And the spicy marinade gives it a wonderful sharpness and rich taste
Ingredients
- Japanese Sushi Rice – 100 g
- King prawns – 60 g
- Sauce “Mango-Chili” – 40 g
- Mango pieces JS – 31 g
- Teriyaki sauce – 30 g
- Cherry tomatoes – 26 g
- Radish “Takuan” pickled strips JS – 16 g
- Edamame soybeans peeled JS – 15 g
- Avocado pieces – 15 g
- Shiitake – 15 g
- Caviar Tobiko orange JS – 2 g
Method of cooking
- Place the rice in the center of the plate, pour over the Teriyaki sauce.
- Place the prepared vegetables and fruits on the edge.
- Add tempura shrimp, garnish and serve with Mango-Chili sauce.
