Ingredients:
- Soba JS noodles – 80 g
- Sunflower oil – 15 g
- Red pepper – 25 g
- Peeled carrots – 20 g
- Blue onion – 20 g
- White peas – 15 g
- Peeled garlic – 5 g
- Ginger – 5 g
- Sauce “Hoisin WOK” JS – 40 g
- Oyster sauce WOK JS – 40 g
- Sauce Pad Thai WOK JS – 20 g
- Green onion – 2 g
- White sesame seeds JS – 5 g
Method of cooking:
- Peel and wash all vegetables under running water.
- Cut the blue onion in half and cut into strips, rub the carrots on a grater in the Korean way, finely chop the garlic and ginger root and mix, wash the pepper, clean it from the sulfur and cut into strips, defrost the sugar snap peas without removing them from the package at 2 to 4 degrees.
