  • Rice noodles 3.5 mm – 120g
  • Sauce WOK “Pad Thai” JS – 60g
  • Egg – 40g
  • Soy sprouts – 40g
  • King prawns 16/20 b/g s/m Prof – 47g
  • Carrot – 64 g
  • Bell pepper – 42 g
  • Red onion – 39 g
  • Vegetable oil – 39 g
  • Chili sauce jam – 20 g
  • Roasted peanuts – 15 g
  • Green onion – 11 g
  • Garlic – 4 g

Method of cooking

  1. Fry shrimp and vegetables in a WOK pan, add chopped garlic and ginger.
  2. Add boiled noodles, sauce and thoroughly mix all the ingredients in the pan.
  3. Put on a plate with chili jam sauce, sprinkle with roasted peanuts and decorate.
