Udon noodles in teriyaki sauce

Ingredients:
- JS Udon Noodles – 80 g
- Sunflower oil – 15 g
- King shrimp – 50 g
- Red pepper – 25 g
- Peeled carrots – 20 g
- Sugar peas – 15 g
- Garlic peeled – 5 g
- Ginger – 5 g
- WOK JS Teriyaki Sauce – 40 g
- Green onion – 2 g
Method of preparation:
- Peel all vegetables, rinse under running water. Cut the blue onion in half and cut into strips, rub the carrot on a Korean grater, finely chop the garlic and ginger root and mix, wash the pepper, clean it of sulfur and cut it into strips, defrost the sugar snap peas without taking them out of the package from 2 to 4 degrees.
- Cut the shrimp along the back with scissors, carefully clean it, wash it under running water.
- Add oil to the WOK pan and fry the shrimp, carrots, blue onion, pepper, and peas for 1 minute. We add a mixture of private and ginger.
- After frying the vegetables, add the noodles boiled in advance, fry with the vegetables for 2 minutes.
- Add the sauce and fry for another 2 minutes. Transfer the finished dish to the appropriate dish. Decorate with green onions.
