- King prawns – 220 g
- Packed salt – 5 g
- Ground black pepper – 2 g
- Soy sauce “Classic” JS – 50 g
- Oyster sauce WOK JS – 40 g
- Peeled garlic – 10 g
- Ginger – 5 g
- Sunflower oil – 10 g
- Sweet chili sauce – 100 g
Method of cooking:
- Carefully cut the shrimp along the back with scissors and remove the intestine and wash it under running water. Transfer to a bowl and marinate: pepper and salt, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, garlic and mix thoroughly. Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes under the film. After that, we feed 4-5 pieces on skewers.
- Add oil to the pan and put it on the stove, throw in the shrimp and fry for 2 minutes until golden brown and add sweet chili sauce and fry for 1 minute.
- After frying, put it on a suitable dish.
